The short answer is: Not much longer, hopefully.
Friday, March 16th TMZ.com reported: "... the (Bahamian) judge in the paternity dispute over Anna Nicole's baby has made it clear -- DNA testing is about to happen. Sources say the judge has ordered the parties back in court Tuesday (March 20th) where experts in the DNA field will be called to testify. It is unclear whether some or all of the DNA samples will already have been taken for Tuesday's hearing."
Associated Press also reported: "(Larry Birkhead) expressed optimism following a court hearing Friday (the 16th) ... (Larry) said he was 'in a happy mood' after the hearing, but others were not as pleased with developments inside the courtroom."
Let's hope The Bahamas will finally pave the way for a DNA test and get it over with.
An interesting side note is that a Bahamian lawyer (not involved in the case) said in a news article that The Bahamas legal system considers DNA test a violation of a person's privacy and cannot be done without their consent. Since the baby isn't old enough to give her consent, the test could not legally be done until she is old enough and wants to find out who her real father is. Isn't that ridiculous?? Let's hope the judge is willing to order the baby's DNA anyway. If Howard's not the father, he has no moral right to hold onto the baby and withhold her from her real father.

I don't know why someone just hasn't stepped forward and said let's all us men who claim to be the childs father have a DNA test. Its a simple swab of the inside of each one of their mouths, including the baby and a lab tests it and its over. Then the little one can be given to the rightful father and we won't have to listen to this stuff anymore.

It may take a very long time. The list it would seem is endless. She was lovingly called the door knob, because it seems that everyone had a turn.
