It's a dilema... because sometimes you say something and you hurt that person even if that wasn't your intention, yes, words really hurt... on the other hand, sometimes you need to say something but for some reason you just can't or are just afraid of what might happen.... but if you don't say it, you may regret it all your life... for example, in my case a few years ago, I liked this girl a lot, and I'm pretty sure she liked me too... but I was to afraid of her reaction that I didn't even tried to tell her, and she will never know....

Saying nothing and wishing I had because I usually are reserved and closed about my feeling so I don't say anything, and regret telling the person how I trying feel. I never regret anything I said, even if it does hurt the person, because it is better to be open and honest instead of letting anger build.

Definitely saying nothing and wishing I had. Because I always do this. And it does hurt a whole lot more. Because all of this stuff is just gathering inside me. And I need to start just saying things to people, instead of not saying it. Well, I need to take this into consideration and tell my ex-boyfriend everything I have not said. Good question.

Saying nothing and wishing you had.
I tend to throw things out there, being brutally honest.....so from time to time, I try to curb that a little bit...and then something will happen, I'll keep my mouth shut and then kick myself later...

cool nice question! i haven't thought of that..hmm now i wonder....
it reminds me of the quote "it's better to take a risk and learn from it, than not taking a risk at all and regret it after"

I prefer to say something and regret it than to bite my tongue and say nothing at all.

saying nothing and wishing you had --- particularly --- if it has /or had repercussions --- you should always speak your mind .

I tend to always jump the gun and say what's on my mind, regrettably, sometimes...
