Convert all things n your file to grayscale. If pictures in MS Word, right click on it, click Format picture > Picture > choose grayscale. If the file is a picture, convert it to grayscale by using MS Picture Manager or ACD.

1. Select File - click Page Setup - Properties
2. Change the print quality to a different value (Fast Draft), click OK

That depends on the printer drivers and the software you're printing from. Generally you can access greyscale through the printing properties when you attempt to print.

Click on Print at the top of the page and then click prefrences then click on Paper/Quality then choose Draft and Black and White...

Go to File (upper left corner), then Print, then Preferences, then Color (upper right tab),then tell it what to do.
