It depends on what kind of music you like. When i go to the gym my favorite songs that pump me up,are Beating Hearts Baby by Head Automatica, Pump it by the black eyed peas, This aint a scene its an armrace by fall out boy, and alot more. I hope this helps!

I prefer anything from Joe Satriani, Eric Johnson, or just anything instrumental. That way, you can take in your surroundings and make your own judgement on the world around you while you are running, without any words to disturb you.

i run at the track sometimes and i like the songs that get u energized! i dont kno how old u r but im 14 and i like the old Rock songs to run to!
