I never met his wife, but I dream her beautiful , sometimes pregnant. I do not think about my ex. I am surprised, why I see him in my dream so offen.

Ur afraid he may have moved on while u can't get over him. The keyword here is "EX". take it from there and move on with ur life. Whoever the woman in ur dream is....she is just that.

Your still connected because he was close to you at one time its the same when we have children and in the back of our mined we know what there doing that's why kids think we have eyes in the back of our heads
