paper plane race. - each person gets a piece of paper and is instructed to craft a plane that will travel the furthest. each person takes a turn. the winner gets a free coffee coupon.

After all flights are completed. Wad a piece of paper up and throw it past all other planes. Did you think out side of the box, can the team continue to come up with creative ideas like wading up the plane. Discussion will follow, now you are ready for the meeting.

For an icebreaker, you could play a quick game that lets you get to know each other a little better. what you do, is for the amount of letters in your name, you say something about yourself. That means if there is 3 letters in your first name then you have to say three things about you. Good Luck!

The Ha Ha game is a great ice breaker. You all stand in a circle and the first person says Ha without laughing. The second person says Ha Ha, third person Ha Ha Ha and so on. You can't laugh or lose track of how many ha's you should say or you are out. This game always breaks the ice.
