questions about "lost"?

first of all, they are showing the 3rd season on TV right? (it seems like they might be a 3rd of the way through the season) i was checking netflix and it seemed it showed that they are already offering to first disc from season 3, is that correct?

When I looked it up on Netflix, season 3 is listed as unreleased with an unknown release date.

If Im correct, the 3rd is about 1/2 way through.
