I was at this carnival type thing with school where a bunch of different schools come together for the same activity. This is where i saw him. I know what school he goes to so i looked him up on myspace. I want to get to know him, but i wont see him again until next year. What do i do? All i want is to make him a friend. nothing more.

There's nothing much you can do. You can talk to you school-mates and see if anyone knows him and get his email. But if no one knows him, you'll have to wait it out until you see him again (who knows, it could be a lot less than a year). Make sure next time you do see him though, you talk to him and get his email. You'll regret it if you dont.
