Can anyone help me on Notre Dame University?

My Q:

1. Is it a Semester or Quarter System?

2. What's the reputation of Notre Dame, like.. What's it known for? and What heavy emphasis does it have on?

2. Top 20 college, THE Catholic university in America, "jock school" as 80%+ of all students earned at least one varsity letter, hyper-competitive, Business school was ranked #3 in 2006, sometimes referred to as a "Midwest Ivy", etc.

1. I'm pretty sure it's Sem.

2. They're known for football... but they should have dropped off the map after they dropped off their schedule.. they haven't played real opponents for 15 years. They are HIGHLY over rated considering they only play 2 true opponents throughout the whole season, Michigan and USC. Then they play Air Force, Navy, and Army, and other teams of that caliber. Their team is worthless and whines like no other, under any coach.

3. They're also highly known for their education.. though their football program is highly over rated, their educational system most certainly is not. GREAT education... PANSY football

Their reputation is for arrogance. Known for overrated every year and getting slaughtered in the bowl games. But only if it is a big game. They won't go to the smaller bowls. It is beneath the great institution to play for under a million dollars.

Rep? its got a lot on smarts, a great soccer team, great lacrosse team, underated basketball team, and the best offensive football team in history.
