Crimson and Clover will always be a great song. Music from that era are the stepping stones to the music we enjoy now. If you appreciate songs like that then you can really appreciate music. But that is just my opinion.

Jimmy Eat World's "A Parise Chorus" borrows the crimson and clover line. It is a much better song than the original
