Any of this true?? I am scared!

I would have to say no. I have a six year old and a two year old and breastfed both. My husband and I have been together since high school and the sex is better now than ever. Breastfeeding is the best and most natural thing you can do for your baby. I bonded more than I think I could have with my girls while breastfeeding verses bottle. As far a your body goes my husband has no complaints but things won't be exactly the same after a baby either way. Congrats on your marriage. Wish you the best of luck! Just remember to never go to bed angry at each other.

Our bodies were created by the Almighty GOD, and you can lose the weight you gained! Besides, if you really want to experience the miracle of birth, its going to take some sacrifice on your part and your husbands too. As I saw in some of the other answers, exercise and diet are crucial to getting back to the way you were. Listen, I had size (barely a B cup)before pregnancy, and now I am very large c, pushing the c cup... let me tell you. I am 5 months now, by the time I am breast feeding, I may even become a D cup.. hello.. curvy is so in anyways. Your husband will love you regardless if he is a good Christan man:) Just take your baby for walks in the stroller, workout, and yoga is a wonderful way to impress yourself, relax and stay flexible which your husband will appreciate. I can still do the splits in two ways:)

Don't be scared it is a natural stage of life. Giving a natural birth you rebound quicker and are able to melt away all the baby fat. you save yourself from an ugly scar. Another way to get rid of the baby fat do breast feeding. As far as your boobs are concerned make sure you have a good supportive bra that is your size. Get fitted every six months and also wear a bra once and then hand wash it do this 100 X's and then discard it. Even w/o breastfeeding your boobs will sag it is called gravity.

The benefits of breast feeding out weigh anything! It is best for baby! It's free! And It will help you burn 500-600 extra calories a day ( which is about an hour run)! My husband was tickled he didn't have to spend any money on formula which is about $120 a month by the way! It may affect your appearance but not significantly usually they just plump up and get bigger! What's wrong with that? Gravity will eventually take them any way!

Listen to Amanda. I have apecialize in Pre and Post natal exercise and nutrition and there is no reason that you will not go back or be in better shape then before. The key is exercising and eating right before during and after you have a baby and through your life. Keeping your muscles strengthened and eating foods low in fat and high in nutrition will help with all thise things. Doing kegals from now until you cant walk anymore will help keep you strong in that special area as well. Dont just do them when you are pregnant do them now. 50 a day! Take yoga as well. That concentrates on all these things you are worried about!!

Its actually healthy to breastfeed. (for the mom and child) It actually helps you lose weight and your uterus to contract and go back to normal size. Its also known that around 100 ingredients in breast milk isnt found in formulated milk. So breastmilk the best food for your baby. Its only natural that your breast will go back to normal size after the pregnancy. so breast feeding isnt the real cause of boobs shrinking and sagging.

Giving birth and breastfeeding does have an affect on your body, but if you keep fit and healthy during and after pregnancy there is no reason why your body can't go back to the way it was before having a baby. As with stretching out down there, if you do pelvic-floor exercises during and after pregnancy it will return to normal as well.

As for down there, everything goes back to normal. Keep lotion on your stomach and it wont get marks as bad, but if you do get strech marks think of it as you earned them. Breastfeeding helps your body get back to the normal size you were before getting pregnant, and i dont know about all cases but for some it helps their boobs not to sag as well. But your boobs wont shrink, mine are bigger now than before having a child.

first boobs normally grow and they are so big they dont sag just hang, second yeah your belly goes all to hell especially after several children but you can get a tummy tuck when all done with having babies, and as for sex my husband loves sex hundred times more. your body goes back to normal "down there" so don't worry to much.
men that really want children love their wives changing bodies, my hubby loves my belly and says his babies where in there I think he's insane but at least he still thinks I look good.

every body has different experiences on this topic. Giving birth of course affects your body as well as breast feeding but I have had no issues with sex as far as those changes. I myself have gained weight which I hate but as far as he is concerened I am fine.
