I just bought an mp3 player?

HELP ME PEOPLE. I just bought an insignia Mp3 video player and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to keep the songs/videos/pictures on it. Please help. I had an ipod once upon a time and sold that. iTunes made it so easy.

I installed the soft ware and the instructions are worthless! there is 2 steps, and the picture they show isnt even what my software looks like when its installed
