Here are a few of my favorite remedies...
-Steep two bags of chamomile tea or green, let them cool...gently squeeze out the excess water and apply to your bags for about ten minutes...more or less, if you want...you can use the actual tea to drink or as toner!
-Put two (metal? aluminium?) silverware spoons in the freezer overnight. In the morning, apply them to your bags until you feel the spoons in your hands thawed and warm.
-Soak two cotton pads in cold, whole milk and apply them like the teabags.
-Use Preparation H, or any other hemorrhoid cream. Sounds gross, but works awesome.
-Like the spoons, ice cubes work in the same way.
-Cut down your sodium intake. Sodium makes you retain water. It's like after you eat something like a burger or soda, you get bloated.
Hope I helped!
