If I have a boy I was thinking of naming him David Matthew! What do you think? and if it's a girl I was thiking of naming her Ashleigh Makayla.

Ashleigh Makayla sounds pretty! If you name your baby David Matthew he may have to spend his life being associated with the musician David Matthews! Its not such a good idea to name a child with almost the exact name of a musician - you want them to feel their own identity throughout their lives.

David Matthew is wonderful, the Ashleigh Makayla looks messy--and was hard to type. It needs a more normal spelling, to be honest. Even Ashlee looks better. But out loud, both names sound very nice.

Well the important part is what you are going to call him or her I prefer Matthew or Makayla I agree that you should spell Ashleigh in the normal way because she will have to be correcting people on the spelling all her life and that's just gonna be a hassle

David Matthew is a good name for a boy. Ashleigh Makayla sounds pretty, but the spelling is......not so pretty. Hope that helps and I hope you don't mind my honesty. Good luck.

well is it those to names together, or just the first one?, well if it is both i don; think you should name the baby with two names but for the boy i would say David, and for the girl i would say Makayla.
