"boots2 - people are tired of Bush and his political antics."

Bush has served two terms, he can't run again in 08, so that doesn't even matter.

There are a lot of people I would vote for on both tickets before I would vote for Billary or Obama.

Purely from a logical point of view and and not a passionate one as many here profess, no, I don't believe so. It's still very early and a lot can happen between now and the first primaries in February. Who would have ever thought John Kerry would win the nomination and push Dean and others out in 2004?

He and Hillary both have not come up with solutions to the problems the next president is faced with. Until he or Hillary can do that, I will not vote for either. I already know what the problems are as they repeat in every stump speech; I want their solutions!

Hillary will self distruct, and Obama will cool off, and then Al Gore will pull a Richard Nixon at the last minute, and get the nomination.

No president has ever been elected without the moderate vote. Obama can be called a lot of things but not moderate.
I do not believe he is electable - too far left.

Nope. He's a sharp guy and all that, but he has no substance and never engages in a meaningful political debate. And if he does practice Islam.... forget it. It's fine and good for him to freely practice whatever religion he wants, but the fact remains, it's not the traditional American style.

I doubt the Clinton machine will let him even run for president.

She's putting out more smears. Now it turns out that he really did practice Islam. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but it might be enough to edge Hillary into the winners circle.

Ya, Hillary is is biggest contender in the Dem party if he can emerge the leader for the democrats without Hillary destroying him too much then i think he has a good chance; people are tired of Bush and his political antics.
