and was wondering if the Sims 2 will work good on my laptop? If not, then will Life Stories work well? I heard thats more laptop friendly..thanks =) And what would be the difference between Sims Life Stories and The Sims 2? Are they basically the same?

I currently play Sims 1 (with livin' large, unleashed, and vacation), and it works GREAT! I don't think you should have any trouble.
Now, life stories is quite a bit different between normal Sims 2. Life stories i think is where you control people's life, in more of an arcade style where you beat levels and challenges. I would suggest normal Sims 2. You can learn more about life stories here:

hope i helped!

Well I believe that the best laptop for all Sims 2 games are one of the Asus Revolutionary Notebooks. These laptops have Extended Power Supply, High-Resolution Webcams, Splendid Video Intelligence Technology and there are Instant Fun Plus. Also including Centrino Duo and Windows Vista. I believe this is the best laptop and you should buy it it will fit all of your Sims 2 games and even more. Hope you make the right choice.

yes you can play sims 2 on that labtop but it will be slow becasue of the Intel Celeron Processor SLOW for gaming. which is why everything else looks so big and bad but the price is yet so low i would try something with mabe a dual-core or higher

it should work but i it also depends on if you download a bunch of custom content or have all the expansions, if so then i dont think it would work to good, life stories however should work just fine.
