I'm not looking for light or pastel green. I want something like clover or emerald that is above the knee, and not mad of cotton. I'm looking for soemthing a little fancier than that. I've been looking all over & checked plenty of websites, but if you know of any sites with some suggestions, please share them with me. Thank you! :)

Sounds like you need it for a special occasion. If you can't find one. How about buying a fashion magazine, get a well qualified dressmaker, buy the material and have her make it up for you.
My husband once bought me from Thailand beautiful silk material, and I had a dressmaker make me the most beautiful sexy gown. It came out stunning.
