I feel I am loved enough. I get it from many sources (kids, pets, friends, family).

If you feel like you arent being loved enough, then you have to love your self more. Pat your self on the back, for starters. You are still alive and not in jail. Take yourself to lunch and flirt with someone. Buy a book and read it from cover to cover on your time. Sometimes I wear a rubber band on my hand across my palm. Nothing too tight. Just a little squeeze. It gives me confidence. It feels like someone loves me enough to hold my hand. You could get a kitty, then will love you forever.

No I dont think I get enough love, I kinda have this personality clash with the rest of the world.. I know it is me I need to get out and meet people, but it is scary out in the real world and it smells funny.. lmao

Well yeah, sometimes. But here's the reason why some people feel unloved. There are 5 love languages: Acts of service, giving gifts, words of affirmation, quality time and Physical touch. If one's love language is not done to her, then she feels unloved even if the other people do express their love to her in a diff. way. Ex: my love language is quality time and mom's love language is giving gifts. So she would always give me gifts but wouldn't spend time with me. I would feel unloved even if she gives me gifts.

Comes and goes - I think it's the same on both sides.
Keep trying. Sometimes you just hit these ruts. Then things are better. Sometimes great. Then the ruts again.
But if you're really feeling lonely or unappreciated, try talking or somehow letting the other person know.
