After how much time does NPower cut the electricty?

I would like to know after how many weeks or months or amount due of unpaid bills does NPower come to your house and cut the electricity?

[Sorry for my english, i'm french and fresh in UK!]

I would guess they start taking action as soon as you miss a payment - if you ignore the first few letters and miss a second payment they will put the Debt collectors on you.

I highly recommend you contact them and come to some agreement on how to pay as soon as you know you won't be able to make the payment.

If nothing else, whilst you are still discussing with them they won't cut you off ...
