The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003) The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning (2006) and The Blair Witch Project (1999), believe it or not!!!
Also The Ring (2002), The Ring 2 (2005) & The Grudge (2004) were rather terrifying I thought.
I haven't had the opportunity to watch The Grudge 2 (2006) yet!
Oh yeah! And The Hills Have Eyes (2006) was pretty scary too! I can hardly wait to watch its sequel!!!
How about you?

One missed call, because i have a cell phone and get a lot of calls from unknown people. In the movie the girl calls your cell phone and your own number appears on the screen with a strange ring tone and if you answer it you die and if you don't then it will leave a message. When you listen to it, it will show a time in the near future and someone you know will be talking then scream. When its the time on the phone you will be talking to the person from the message and they will die just as the message recorded. She also sends you pictures of herself around corners and stuff. The scariest part was when a teen was on a t.v show for being cursed by the girl and in the middle of it the girl came out and snapped her arm around her neck and strangled her. The entire city saw it because it was broadcasting on those giant televisions on the buildings. It is a Japanese horror. It creeped me out so much. 0_0

Last House on the Left.It just goes places that make me very very uneasy. It's shot documentary style in the 70s,so no cut aways.2 Girls are raped. One is made to urinate her pants...lots of disturbing stuff.Stuff that actually happens, and you're there just watching it...sick...but you can't turn away. It's not a movie to watch to have fun like Nightmare on Elmstreet.
Plus,the trailer makes it worse with reverse psychology."To avoid fainting,keep repeating:It's only a movie,only a movie,only a movie,only a movie...."

The Ring and I'm not a sci fi fan but this one actually kept me awake at night for several days its called Event Horizon. I purchased the movie the year it came out after watching it in the theater, so I could over come my fear of it... It is still wrapped and on my shelve.
