i'm a pretty shy person, but i'm really outgoing once people get to know me. this guy seems really outgoing, but also shy like me. i want to get to know him, but i don't want to be clingy and make it look like i'm forcing him to talk to me. the guy is in high school, like me, but i think he may be older. we go to a youth group thing together so that's the best way for me to talk to him, but i also don't want to make it look like i'm flirting. i just want to be friends with him because he seems like a pretty cool guy and the rest of the girls in the group are stuck up and have their own cliques already. the guys are a lot easier to get along with.

The youth group thing is perfect to meet him. Make sure you smile when he looks at you. Men love a smiling face. Say Hi a few times and then try to come up with something the group is doing to talk to him about.
