As stupid, as they sound to your opinion, languages are living and ever changing thing. Whatever was "slang" yesterday, tomorrow will be a norm....that is how the evolution of languages work.
no need to exclude the indicated words from the dictionaries.

You haven't looked at a dictionary too closely if those common words sound stupid to you - how about 'enswathe' rather than 'bandage' - 'harry' rather than 'rob' - what in heck is wrong with any of those words on your list?
They are properly descriptive of what they describe.
