Energy of a photon=(Planck's const. h ) x frequency
=6.62 x 10 (- 34) x 2.3 x 10 (10)
=15.23 x 10 ( - 24) J

Use Planck's equation

E = h f

E is energy in Joules
h is Planck;'s constant (you can look this up)
f is frequency (Hz is cycles per second)
