So I really like this girl, Im not 100% sure on how she feels about me though. See a friend of mine made a comment on her myspace about how he thinks Im gonna ask her out soon, and I was talking to her on msn and she asked if I had read it and I said ya, and she told me "it made me giggle...lol it wuz pretty random to see it" but I think she just wanted to see what I thought about him saying I was going to ask her out. See Im supposed to her with her to a movie with a friend of mine and his girlfriens on the weekend. Id like to make "us" official aka the title "going out" but I just dont like the idea of asking "would you like to go out with me?" it sounds childish to me and normally I would actually ask her out somewhere like a movie lol but since we're not gonna be able to go anywhere until we go to that movie on the weekend, which I have a feeling will be more than friends, but not officially.. now I dont know how I should go about it because I think she wants me to and I want to =)

Honestly, you sound a little immature. Just ask her out.... you know she'll say yes! Believe me, from a girl's point of view, she would never have brought up the fact that another person mentioned you and she going out on her my space if she didn't want you to ask her out.
So, ask her if she wants to go somewhere else. Even some place during the day.... lunch, coffee, etc. Girls like the opportunity to sit and talk with you and get to know you. It's very impressive when a guy asks you on a day date to get to know you.... it shows he really likes you. Good luck -

Try to be a "friend" first and don't look at male/female...what are her interest?.... In a "chummy" way ask her... or you could just make a comment like... "you know what would be fun?..If she seems to show the interest then you could say ."we ought to get together sometime and do that or just hang out"... see what her reaction/response is... then you could either ask when would be a good time for her or if she didn't react the way you would have hoped then there are still plenty of fish in the sea... Good Luck and ...don't be shy...we are all a little nervous when it comes to things like that..especially when you are new to it...

Don't make yourself nuts. Go to the movie as planned. Show her a good time, have a good time as well. Don't get stiff and formal, keep it light and comfortable. During the evening, ask her if she would like to go with you to _______________ next weekend. Find something interesting or dinner and a movie. Don't use the blank. :)
If you don't ask, she won't know you want her to be with you anywhere.

How should you ask her out? Just ask if maybe you two can get together for a capuccino or a movie some time. Let her choose. Put the ball in her court.
