i use to be able to play canasta but i can't play any more why?

it gave me an alert and said to check for a cache page i don't know what they mean.

If you have a pop-up blocker, you can usually push down on the control key while you are pressing the button to enter the game room. Works for me!
But usually with the cache message, it means you were playing canasta earlier, didn't fully close out of it, and when you try to go back in later there is already a canasta game room in your cache. Close your browser, close everything, then try again.

Do you have your pop up blocker on, it needs to be off.
