You should be able to change money at any major bank. I would suggest going to a bank that you have an account at so as to avoid the service charge.

Have you tried a bank? Most banks will exchange foreign money. They may charge a fee, and they will probably only exchange paper money (coins cost more to process and aren't worth much).
