So, hobo, you WANT to go around begging for food. School is for getting an education so you can get a job. Yes, I know homework stinks, but it is testing that you PAY ATTENTION in class. It is also extending practice of the lesson beyond school walls. Homework is a good thing for your education, even if you hate it. By the way, you shouldn't be taking polls on this site and wasting your points.

from what ive seen they dont give out homework in grade schools anymore, or require it to be done well and on a timely fashion if they do, so i cant imagine they will expect them to break the habit in highschool. good thing there is still a welfare system in this country you are gonna need it.
