Dose any one have a poem that they made up like any kind
just not any kussing. Just like love, happines, or even friendship poems that they made up?

To think of happy thoughts
is a thought of happy thinking
a smile in the mind
is mirrored on my face
it's the twinkle in my eyes
and the quick step of my pace
it's the reason for hope
and the strength of my faith

is pure happiness...I think

Ode To My Skinny Pants

I fooled the whole world for a number of years
The opposite sex, those gullible dears
A sexy slim body, and cute little butt
Had them acting like fools, behaving like nuts
But, Old Father Time had a plan for this figure
That cute little butt...well, it only got bigger
One life changing morning my pants wouldn't fit
No pulling or tugging got them over my hips
Denial, denial, surely they've shrunk
This simly can't be, Lord, tell me I'm drunk!
The lesson I've learned will last me forever
The world you might fool, but your skinny pants
Never!

Will you accept one my hubby wrote to me?

We were married only a few years, and he was out to sea (in the Navy). Here's the first verse:

I love you more than beer, my dear,
And this I know is true.
For after weeks at sea, my love,
I'm missing only you.

It still makes me smile and get misty-eyed, even after 20 years of marriage!
