The 'real' Halliwell Manor is actually located not in San Francisco but in L.A.
It can be found on Carroll Avenue, a public street near Echo Park. It is one of a number of Victorian homes preserved here.
The exact address is 1329 Carroll Avenue, about a mile northeast of downtown Los Angeles.
Only the exterior was filmed for the show, though, the inside shots were studio-based.

I love that show and that house too!!!
Did you know that they only used the exterior of that original house in the show but the inside of the house on the show was all built in stage and doesn't look like what it looks like in the real house that was used ONLY for exterior shots in the show.
Sorry I tried finding the information you asked for by google searching but came up with nothing on blueprints for that house.
I wish you luck in finding it though!!!!
