One or two out of the class who are supposevly "ugly" "annoying" hmm...why is this?

the reason is because you need to build respect with that teacher/or teachers, it is very easy to do so. Before class starts ask that teacher about his/her day, after class as you are walking out say have a nice day. then i can almost guarantee you will not got in trouble as much

all teachers have favorites, its not always the "uglies" but the troublemakers the teachers keep an eye on. Last year, I was one of the teacher's favorites and no matter what I did I never got in trouble. but this boy, the teacher would yell at him for just about anything.
