I have fair skin, light brown hair and dark blue eyes. I mostly just wear brown and nude toned eyeshadows, but I'm looking for a light silvery tone. The color I like the best is the one Taylor Swift wears in her video "Teardrops on my guitar"

Lancome makes a great one. The color is called "style section".
it's $15.00 which may or may not be out of your price range, but their eyeshadows have excellent pigment, and that color has a nice blue silver tone to it like your are looking for.

I just purchased a trio of shadows to day at Ulta by NYX..
It has silver, smoke grey and a light silvery color. under 8.00 for the palette and for as little as they cost got great reviews on makeupalley.com for the pigment and price. comparable to MAC. You cant lose!

Silver eyeshadow is good for a highligher and will go well with your image. Try good brands and ones that you have used before e.g. MaxFactor, Loreal, Chi Chi, Maybelline, Covergirl, etc

Try HIP eyeshadows...they're high pigment so you get the color you want and it stays on. It's Loreal in drugstores for about ten bucks!

try h.i.p pigment makeup.. i forget which brand it is but i use it all the time its really bold and looks great
