The grass isn't always greener on the other side...in fact, your's seems pretty green from where I stand. It seems like other people talk about their lives and what they are doing. It sounds like they are having so much fun when they are just as "boring" as the rest of us.

Sometimes the American dream feels like a lie. I did everything I was expected to do by society to be considered a success. Worked and worked to earn a better living, got the new cars, houses, wife and 2.3 kids. Now halfway through my life I'm realizing that I'm working a job that I hate to pay for things that I don't really care about. All because other people say that's how it's supposed to be. My advice to young people today is to always follow your passions and the rest will come when it is time.

I can relate.. I have a great life also and count me blessings. I also feel like I am unfulfilled and missing something in my life.
I spend a lot of time trying to figure it out and never get answers.
