Indy's lost his dentures and must search ancient tombs for them?

I loved the original movies, but they should leave well enough alone, and stop trying to milk everything for the last dollar they can squeeze out.

I like how positive everyone is about this film, which hasn't even been filmed yet!

Personally, I'm looking forward to it. All three principals behind the original are at hand (Lucas/Speilberg/Ford), and all three have already stated that they will explain and take into account Indy's age.

Also, if I'm not mistaken, at the end of The Last Crusade, Indy is not immortal, because although he drank from the Grail, he didn't take it with him, and that broke the bond he has with it. But, then again, I could be wrong, it has been a while since I've watched it.

As to what the plot is, that is a highly kept secret. We won't know for sure till the trailer comes out. At which point, and only then, will I start to pass judgement on the film.

Also, even though many sequels don't always work, many many more do. If they didn't, people wouldn't go see them and they wouldn't make the money they do, and Hollywood wouldn't make them. Hollywood only panders to what audiences dictate.

Bring on Indiana Jones. If Sylvester Stallone can make a comeback with Rocky, why not Dr. Jones?

I have no idea....

All I really remember about the Indiana Jones movies is that in the last one, he drank from The Holy Grail and is supposed to be an immortal now, or something along those lines. And having said that, I don't know how the hell they're going to pull off an Indiana Jones that's aged since he's supposed to not be able to die now. I doubt I'll ever go see it-- probably wait for it to come out on DVD before I watch it-- but who knows? Maybe it won't suck...

But, chances are pretty good, it will.

I saw a story on this last week on my My Yahoo.
Cate Blanchett is in negotiations to be in it.
The story is set in the 1950's and will tackle the age issue as a somewhat creaky, if still capable Dr. Jones battles baddies in the hunt for yet another mysterious archaeological relic.
It will begin filming in June for a May22, 2008 release.

Hopefully a lot of action, I really don't care if it's on the bible, but I'm glad you posted this question I had no idea there was going to be a number 4.

I heard it will take place after the war in China, but that may be a ruse to throw people off the scent

Something with his long lost brother. It's going to suck....Hollywood never fails to butcher anything for a quick buck. *sigh*
