The location of the dream changes each time, but the outcome is the same. I am preparing to sing(as in with a band) and all the sudden my teeth start falling out, first one or two, then by the hands full. I never run completely out. With my few remaining teeth I compose myself then perform. What does this mean?

To dream you are losing your teeth is a sign of anxiety and a fear of failure. The fact that you were able to compose yourself and still perform seems like a good sign to me since you are overcoming your anxiety.
Next time you have the dream, stop, and reasure yourself. You've overcome this in the past, and I'm sure that you will be able to overcome it again. Your teeth might just stop coming out at that point.

When singing, people have normally been taught the words, so your expression may be pre-fabricated. You may be owning and expressing something that someone has taught you.
Teeth can represent your ability to sustain yourself.
Could you be having a hard time 'chewing' on some of the things you were brought up to believe?
Could you be trying to express someone else's truth even though it doesn't sustain (fill, resonate with) you?
Could you be performing rather than expressing who you really are?
Just things to ponder.

That could mean you have too many teeth, or singing will make your teeth fall out or nothing is going to stop you from singing. Maybe you are insecure about your singing and afraid you might embarass yourself so you are going to become a dentist. Maybe you are feeling guilty about not brushing your teeth or you have friends who do the drugs that make their teeth rot off. Not to worry, when you wake up you will still have what you went to sleep with. Give or take.

I'm not sure but the few remaining Beatles face the same dilemma (when I'm 64). Maybe it means you will perform until you are old or maybe it means you feel exposed and vulnerable when you perform.
