OMG! Don't use GOO GONE or WD40 or even MR. Clean Magic Erasers!!!!!!!!! You aren't even supposed to use Pledge on pianos. It damages the wood over time and the chemicals from any cleaners can get into the soundboard. It's a big no no.
What you should do is gently remove any material by scraping with a dull knife, a debit card/credit card or your fingernail. Polish any remains with a chamois cloth.
PS Thanks for the thumbs down, boneheads. I bet you don't even own a piano. Not only do I own one, but I've played it and cared for it for 30 years.

Please, please don't use any of these chemicals on your piano, especially on an ebony finish. The safest way to clean your piano is to use a piano soft cloth (or soft chamois cloth). Soak it in warm water and add a mild soap or dish detergent. Wring the cloth until it's just damp and apply a lot of elbow grease. It may be more work, but you'll be happy when your piano is still shiny.

Don't use the magic eraser on your piano. It WILL leave tiny scratches. Try the goo gone...it is made primarily of citrus oils that should not mar the surface, but dissolve the wax. If in doubt, test it on a small inconspicuous place first.
Also may try furniture lemon oil too.

try Citrus purifier. it rather is a citrus based purifier bought at domicile progression shops and advantageous Walmart. it rather is non-flammable and has many makes use of around the domicile. you are able to soak it into the affected areas on the clothing, no longer the excellent merchandise, and placed some on a rag and scrub the dryer. Then rewash the clothing. it rather is sturdy for removing gum, adhesives etc so I wager this is going to artwork on crayon.
