It also depends on if you're actually labelling them right. I know that I've been called emo a lot (the nickname doesn't help with that) just because I wear dark colors and like emo music. If you just go for one of the two, then they're not emo. If they're both, then most likely, the person is a tad emo, but there isn't really a true "emo". They basically are just modern day goths.

because the world is very diffrent. we must have diffrent people in the world to balance...besides why is it that there are so many super happy people that skip around and say "isn't it a great wonderful fantastic day??" ...i don't see anything wrong with you i don't think emo people are any diffrent....maybe.

They are just the Goth kids from yesterday, the punk kids for the day before etc. Same thing, different label.

i no i mean i live in a small town, a hick town and emos r taking over!! i think it is because people like to think of them selves and "diffrent." i dont see a diffrence!!!!
