Instead of hardworking I'd put something like creative,poetic, strong,expressive .Hardworking seems not a term one would use to describe poet/lecturer

That's actually a very clear and complete thesis statement. Obviously you need an introduction. But i think you'll be fine..it's really great..Good luck
