To start, the man's name is Mike Brown. Since 2004, he has been coaching the Cavaliers, helping them to the playoffs twice. Mike used to be a defensive coach for the Indiana Pacers, but once the opportunity for a head coaching job proposed itself, he took the open opportunity. Sure the man looks like Al Roker, but he does know defense and basketball, a solid combination the Cavs have needed since the ill-fated Paul Silas reign.
