If you also like soft rock and movie themes some of the time, check out Richard Clayderman. He plays very expressive piano with full orchestral background. He's German, but his CD's are available on this side of the pond. Find some audio examples on the Internet.

Coldplay have some sick songs with piano Marvin Gaye (trouble Man and Inner city blues), John Legend, thats all i can think of off the top of my head.
