The earth's crust is made of Granitic rocks in the continents, Basaltic rocks in the oceanic crust, in general. Except for the trivial surface sediments, thats what you find in the crust.

For this wide question, I have following three answers:
(1)Volumetrically - Rocks of granite family or composition form most of the crust (this includes formed by igneous and metamorphic processes).

(2)Exposure wise or surficially – sedimentary and metasedimenatry rocks form major portion of the exposed crust or rock outcrops per se.

(3)Process wise – It is the igneous rocks, intrusive and extrusive that form major part of the crust or rock cycle; all sedimentary and metamorphic rocks of the crust owe their existence to igneous rocks.
