open up 2 badly. But everyone around me is really shallow and judgemental, uncaring or I just feel really awkward talking about personal issues with them. I just need someone who I can let it all out to and I can't find anyone. I'm also stressing my future. I thought about seeing one of those future tellers/physic reader people. I know that they arent real but I just think if I see someone like that it would release alot of my stress if I have some sense about what's going on in my life. I dont wanna see a physchiatrist because I'm not crazy or mentally ill but I just need someone 2 open up 2. I've tried b4 with alot of people. Some people get it but they're so afraid 2 go deeper. I've been thinking, stressing, and worrying about so much lately. It's weighing my social life, academics, and my physical body down. Who can I talk 2?

Look for people right here who allow you to IM or e-mail them. There are a lot of people out there who are willing to talk and/or listen. Just click on their avatar and you can see who you are able to contact. Good luck to you!

There should be a counselor you can talk with, where you study; enquire. Psychics will just relieve you of your money; you are much better off learning the method (free) at http://www.selfhelpmagazine.com Meditation room, try it out; mantra meditation; repeat: "easy". Practice for 20 mins daily, and repeat your chosen word or short phrase in your mind when feeling stressed. Also use the method at http://deeplyrelax.com In time, you should become able to do both at once. Tai Chi & yoga suit some.

Try a counselor. They are not psychologists, they are counselors and they are a great neutral party to open up to.They don't prescribe medication or anything like that. basically, they just listen and then try to help you sort things out and prioritize your life and goals. It sounds like this is just what you need. The United Way has this type of service and they only charge based on your income.Trust me, it's worth it to talk to someone neutral. It will help you sort through all the things that are bothering you now. Good luck to you.

Going to a fortune teller or phychic is not going to help you find what you are looking for. Don't discount phychiatrists either. You don't have to be crazy or mentally ill to see one. They will help you open up and figure out your own emotions and problems: they just get paid to do it. Consider going to a church and joining a church group. You don't have to be religious to join and it's a great way to meet people like you. Some of the bigger churches have many different groups to join like singles, parents and senior groups. Some are special interest groups like science or rock climbing groups. Many churches offer group "therapy" where people can come together and discuss problems they have. Look around your area and see what you find, it could be worth it! Good luck!

If you are in school, go to your school advisor or counselor. If you are not comfortable with them, go to your priest, clergyman, etc. If that is too wierd, it is time to jion a support group. Sometimes, you can find a great support group on the net, it may help you to feel free to say whatever you want without embarrassment or judgement.! Good luck

If I were you,I'd talk to God.God is ALWAYS listening to you. He'll never forsake you or leave you.God is the only one that will always be there for you. He'll help you out if you turn to Him.He's an almight God and He's an omniescent(all knowing) God too.You may not turn to Him,but He already knows that your going through a tough time.Turn to Him and He'll help you out even more.I promise!
