I'm interested because i'm debating whether or not to go see them. I've heard different things.

ROFLMAO at all the nay say-ers and fully uninformed people who decide to give uninformed answers to a question about what could very well be the best up coming group in the last 40 years. My daughter actually turned me on to them. Are they a good live band? you bet your A## I have seen them 8 times !!! never a off night. first saw the show at a smaller NJ bar followed by Lupo's in prov RI then in richmond and norfolk VA on successive nights after seeing this group perform the same set 3 nights in a row no one at any of the shows left disappointed . Saw the first night of the "new"
show and the second night whole new stage set. complete black parade set followed by a second set of 6 to 7 depending upon the night, of songs off the "revenge
" album including a great version of Helena... if you do not go you will truly miss a fantastic night of entertainment. some notes to remember before you go. 1. LOUD 2. Crystal clear sound. 3. VERY LOUD 4. Gerard makes his place as the most flamboyant performer in music today now that Freddy Mercury has left us 5. Nice and Loud............ have a great time at the show.

oh yeah they are so worth it. they are freakin awesome live. oh and they sound just as good Live as they do on the record. so you know they're the real thing. its like they are actually feeling the music when they sing and perform. i love the dance moves Gerard does. and the way Frank plays the guitar is insane(kudos) ray plays well too. bob with the drums very good. Mikey one of the best bass players. oh and they are so hot live too. they are just full of energy and really work up the audience in their performances. you can tell they are playing their heart outs. the band is just mind boggling.
oh yeah and to the haters they aint fake. there music actually means something. they spend a lot of time and effort in there music. they aren't doing it for the money or anything. those are just one of the perks when you're that good of a band!!!!

I would have to say yes MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE is a great band to see live in concert. I am not just saying this based on my opinion of the band. I have seen them perform live in concert in San Diego at the ipayone center in San Diego last year in December at the 91x nightmare before Xmas concert. Gerard and the group put on a great rocking concert. They sound great in person. I also had the opportunity to see them in Los angeles at the forum on
march, 10, 2007 this year. The opening act was rise against. They sang every track off of the black parade cd from begining to end. Gerard sings a very great sad yet great version of the song cancer. This concert was really great. My opinion is if i were you i wouldn't debate about going or not because to me this concert was a nite not to forget and they do also sing songs off of the revenge album in cluding HELENA.

Unfortunetally I even have had to sit down down by using them two times. not as quickly as did they positioned on a powerful instruct, they rode the coattails of the different bands. MCR is suitable up there with From Autumn To Ashes while it consists of placing on a crappy instruct. The band I even have considered that places on the ultimate stay instruct is ZZ authentic.

If you have the oppurtunity to go see them, I wouldn't recommend turning it down. I myself haven't had the oppurtunity to see them live, but I know people that have seen them live, and they've told me that they're really good live. Even if you watch a live performance on YouTube or something they're pretty good compared to how some bands today play live.

My friends went to a concert a few months ago, and they said it was awesome.The whole crowd was energetic and into the music.I hope MCR comes where i live soon.I really want to see them.

Of course not MCR sucks pretty much period they are another of those get famous but have crappy concert bands i can garantee it
