Pepto Bismol contains aspirin, which is a big no-no while you're pregnant. I took it a couple times before I found out I was pregnant (thought I had a stomach virus) and my baby is fine, but I would still strongly advise against it. You can take other nausea medicines, though (like Emetrol). They never worked wonders for me, but they helped a little.

i took it a lot my first month because i had morning sickness and i had gotten a neg preg test so i did not think i was pregnant.
my doc said i will be fine but dont take anymore. when you are pregnant you have a LOT OF DIGESTIVE ISSUES. you can get every symptom listed on the pepto bottle lol. but dont take pepto, its a natural part of being pregnant.
try and drink ginger tea to soothe the upset stomach/nausea.

congrats.

What does the label say? Call a pharmacist. If it's late, there should be a 24 hour pharmacy in your area. Got a phone book? They'll be able to answer your question over the phone a lot more accurately than anyone on yahoo answers!

Nope, doesn't hurt a bit as long as you follow the recommended dosage.

Obviously, any wierd side effects call your doctor.
