That's a really good question.

Bulbs can sprout repeatedly, but a seed only sprouts once.

A bulb has its complete life cycle within the structure. A seed has just an embryo, stored food supply and the coating. The rest grows after the embryo sprouts.

The only difference I am aware of is bulbs are bigger ( a lot) like Tulips, Gladiolas, etc. Seeds are smaller, and some are really tiny (like mustard seed). Bulbs are usually planted in the fall, seeds in the spring. I hope this helps you. Take care.

Seeds results from flowers. However, flowers result from bulbs.
Every Seed has a blue print for the plant which starts with germination and grown into a plant.
A bulb is a dormant plant base with the leaves gone. It has nutrients and moisture to sustain it until replanted (like onions).
