Depends on the person you aren't making mad. If they're a girl, just tell them how pretty they are ten or more times a day. If it's a guy, just say you have the same favorite football team as them.

If I shut up, I normally do a pretty good job not making them mad...
I just haven't learned how to do that yet. lol
