I just recently bought myself a Yamaha YPT-300 (which is another name for the one you have linked to)
I had no idea how to play the piano, and this is great for beginners!
it was pretty cheap too (i bought mine from Best Buy and it was cheaper than the one on your link), but you have to buy an adapter for the power source separately, and it doesn't come with a stand either (i just have mine on a desk)

Yamaha PSR is a good keyboard. for a bigginer it doesnt matter what you get. but try ebay. Older models of psr are just as good. the difference is so little you probably wont recognize it by the ears!
