You are getting a lot of yes or no answers without anyone actually giving you evidence... so let me just state for the record that homosexuality has been observed in animals. It is not the norm, but it is not that uncommon either. Even anti-gay activists site that it has been observed. Below are some links on articles about the subject... I even included a site that is from an anti-gay activist community that i came across in my research..... Yes Homosexual behavior does exist outside the human species.

there have been hundreds of documented circumstances of homosexuality interior the animal kingdom over the final various hundred years. Heck, I bear in recommendations even listening to an editorial on the radio a pair years back approximately study being accomplished on gay beetles. Flour beetles, i think of they have been, relating to the size of a grain of rice. They have been attempting to be sure if the beetles gained any income from gay matings (see if the adult males that have been given 'prepare' have been greater effective at copulation with women folk than those that did no longer-- they weren't) yet they could no longer rather discover something to describe why those beetles have been mating with others of an identical intercourse. different than liking it, this is.

Other than humans, homosexuality is normal but it is considered a dominance issue, not a lifestyle. In animals there are usually dominate males and they usually mate with the females. The other males sometimes will mate with each other. And of course with every norm there is always and exception. But I have never heard of this with females of that species. Could be a mistaken identity. Some males can actually pretend to be female to be able to mate with a female that is otherwise ot of his class this is done to fake out other males and lure them away from the intended female

Homosexuality has been observed in over 15000 species of animals. And yes, it is completely and fully possible.
I think homosexuality is due to some genetic disorder that causes the body to react to those of the same sex instead of the opposite? Ah, but I'm not totally sure on that topic...

well i don't really know but i think they could be, because i used to go to the horse stables like A LOT and there was a horse called Logan who about everyone there called gay, i didn't believe it until i saw how he acted. when he was out on a ride he would always go close to another male horse and be right at its butt and stuff like that but i don't think he's gay soooo i guess some are and some aren't, who knows?

animals have homo-sex all the time. it's a dominance thing so if you put a bunch of same sex animals in one cage, eventually- they will try to figure out some sort of heiarchy. some species fight to dominate, others f*** to dominate. i guess geckos must do the latter....
