The most comfortable outdoor temperature for humans is in the low 70s Fahrenheit (22-24 Celsius). Of course, humidity is also a factor, and that can change the range of comfortable temperatures. However, generally speaking, 73 or so is probably as perfect as you could expect.

Interestingly, many parts of coastal California experience temperatures like this during much of the year. Do you think it's just a coincidence that so many people live there, or want to live there?

A comfortable room temperature would be around 70 degrees Fahrenheit, or 21 degrees Celsius.

Other factors include:

- Relative humidity
- Air motion
- Radiation effects

60-70s would be ideal, anything over 80 degrees and the body starts to have trouble to cool itself off. anything under 50 and the body will have trouble keeping warm
