Practical jokers should be awarded. Staking out on a anthill seems about right for some, and flogging with a bullwhip reserved for the very wittiest.

Yeah. My freind came to school once looking sullen and she said that she had seen her neighbour get run over by a cop. We were sympethetic and everything... until it became obvious that she was lying, probably for attention. I was pissed.
