lazystudentsway.com has lots of "miracle" methods. Do any of them work? If so, how do they work.

Just looking at the site, I'd say it's a scam. Not a complete scam, mind --- you'd probably get as much from their courses as anything else (free online, book, or whatever) --- but they're probably not miracle methods. (Personally, I don't think there ARE miracle methods. Your best results are going to be from smart studying.)
